Elaine Willis
Retail Pharmacy Account Manager

Elaine has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having been with Pfizer for 31 years, she has held multiple positions within the organization across the US. She is currently part of the Vaccines Division, serving as a Retail Pharmacy Account Manager. One of her key responsibilities in this role is working in the independent pharmacy space with retail leaders/partners to identify shared objectives and aligning resources to support the successful implementation of projects. Additionally, a primary focus is to ensure access to the Pfizer retail pharmacy portfolio.
Elaine is especially proud of her involvement with Pfizer’s Multi-Cultural Health Equity Collective and active engagement in the community volunteering her time - reflecting her passion for advancing equity and positively impacting public health. She is grounded in always being a passionate advocate when it comes to helping patients, the underserved, and making a positive difference in the community.
She is deeply interested in how AI, when used responsibly, can transform healthcare and its potential to improve future outcomes.
Graduating from Tougaloo College in MS, Magna cum Laude, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, earning an MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University in GA, Elaine is a native of rural Mississippi.
She says that throughout her career, the journey has been shaped by leaders & mentors who poured into her development and she tries to honor their investment by striving to lift others.

Jon Osaki
Director
Making Waves
Jon Osaki is a long-time community leader and award-winning independent filmmaker. He is a native San Franciscan and has served as the Executive Director of the Japanese Community Youth Council since 1996. During Jon's tenure as Executive Director, JCYC has grown to become one of San Francisco’s most successful youth organizations, annually serving over 7,000 children and youth from all ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds.
Jon is also an award-winning filmmaker who has directed and produced promotional, educational, narrative, and documentary films. His initial interest in film grew from his desire to raise awareness of critical social justice issues he has encountered over this thirty-year career as a youth development activist. Jon’s filmmaking is focused on activism and narrative change through which he has addressed issues such as the targeting of immigrant communities, reparations for the Black community, and the model minority myth. His films have been screened on Capitol Hill in Washington DC, at national policy conferences, the National Judicial College, film festivals, and broadcast nationally.

Sandy Dang

Sandy Hoa Dang is a social entrepreneur and leadership trainer. She is the Co-founder and Principal of CoInnovate Consulting. Since 2013, Sandy has been teaching leadership in the United States and across the globe.
In 2010, Sandy was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve on the Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF) board, a federal government agency with a goal to reconcile the wounds of war through education. Later, she was appointed to serve as the Executive Director of VEF. Ms. Dang is the Founder and former Executive Director of Asian American Leadership, Empowerment, and Development (AALEAD).
Ms. Dang was named as an Outstanding American by Choice in 2021 and Washingtonian of the Year in 2001. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a master’s degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
