Daisy Kim
Policy Manager, Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum (APIAHF)
Daisy Kim is a policy manager at APIAHF. In her role, she helps identify, coordinate, and promote policy initiatives that address the needs of the AA & NH/PI communities. Building on subject matter expertise and data-driven research, Daisy analyzes policy impacts and cultivate relationships with various AA & NH/PI community stakeholders, including relevant coalition organizations. In April 2022, Daisy was appointed to a two-year term to serve on the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Administrator of Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services Advisory Panel on Outreach and Education (APOE).
Daisy holds a doctorate in political science from the Johns Hopkins University, a M.A. in East Asian Studies from Stanford University, and a B.A. in Political Economy from Georgetown University.
